  • You might be undergoing a period where your stress levels are high. This could be related to something in the future or something that has already happenned. Stress normally causes some chemical imbalances, which have a direct effect on the fluids in your ears
  • Being inactive or lacking exercise: Long periods of inactivity usually cause many problems in the body and one way these problems show up is through the ringing of the ears.
  • Poor dietary techniques: Junk food and alcohol can be the reason why your ear sounds like a train or car motor. Reduce your alcohol intake and start eating healthy foods.
  • Frequent or constant exposure to loud noises or sound: Some examples of loud sound that I can think of are music in a night club, a noisy working environment like a construction site just to name a few.
  • Childhood Medical Problems: Chances are when you were young some surgery tubes were inserted in your ears. This could possibly have affected the internal parts and could also be causing headaches and irritation. If this is the case chances are it’s only going to get worse hence the need to get it treated as soon as possible.
